Location: Decatur High School, Decatur, GA
The Decatur Bulldog Boosters invite the Decatur dog-loving and running communities to participate in the 14th Annual Decatur Bulldog Boosters’ RUN WITH THE DOGS on Saturday, January 12. This run/walk event will begin on Commerce Drive by the Decatur High School football stadium and traverse a scenic, if challenging, course through Decatur neighborhoods. It will feature a 1 mile and 5K run/walk where runners and dog-owners can participate with (or without) their dogs. The 1-mile "Pup Trot" will begin at 8:30am and the 5K at 9:00am.
All proceeds go to funding the uniforms, equipment, and awards for our student-athletes at Decatur High and Renfroe Middle Schools. So come on out and run off a few of those Holiday calories with Decatur and its Dogs!

Awards and Extras
5K Age Groups: 11 & Under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 & over 60.
To overall 1st place male and female runners, Masters 1st place male and female runners and top male and female finishers in each category.
T-shirts, awards, and treats will be available to participants as well as a sporty race bandana for canine companions.
T-shirts are only guaranteed to those who register before January 1.
Course
The run/walk will begin on Commerce Street behind the Decatur High School stadium and will run through City of Decatur residential areas. The course will be well marked and supervised by volunteers and the City of Decatur Police Department. Water stations will be positioned along the course. Refreshments will be available at the finish.
Location/Directions
The event will begin and end on Commerce Drive behind the Decatur High School stadium in Decatur. Limited parking is available in the Decatur High School upper parking lot off Howard Avenue.
