The Creepy Crawly race is back for the second year to support low cost healthcare at the Good Samaritan Clinic Gwinnett. The proceeds from the race will support the clinics ongoing mission to provide quality healthcare to uninsured patients of the Atlanta area.
The race is open to all ages and COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED!!

- 8:30 a.m. - 5K Run/Walk (walkers and dogs on leash are all welcome)

Entry Fees
5K - $25 until October 21 / $30 after October 21

Awards and Extras
First 150 Participants will receive a Creepy Crawly T-shirt!

All Participants will receive an Air Force “Goodie Bag”. (while supplies last)

Top three men and top three women will receive:
1st: Gold Creepy Crawly medal, $50 AMEX, and $25 gas gift card.
2nd: Silver Creepy Crawly medal and a $25 gas gift card.
3rd: Bronze Creepy Crawly medal and a $10 Panera gift card.

Best Costume will receive a Gold Creepy Crawly medal and a prize that is TBD.

Atlanta Hawks Ticket Raffle: Receive one raffle ticket for every 5 canned goods donated. Drawing will be held after the race. Donations will benefit Hosea Feed the Hungry!!

Directions:
From GA 85 S:
1. Take exit 94 for Chamblee-Tucker Rd toward Mercer Univ.
2. Turn right onto Chamblee Tucker Rd.
3. Slight Right onto Mercer University Dr.
4. Turn right at University Circle
5. Follow road until you reach the East Parking lot.
