Atlanta runners can celebrate spring in grand style at the Atlanta Dogwood Festival Mimosa 5K, which takes place on festival Saturday morning. After completing a delightful course through the historic Midtown neighborhood, the 5K culminates in a champagne and OJ toast in the park accompanied by an onsite DJ to turn runners into revelers.

If shirts run out, priority is given to prior entries. Later entries may have shirts mailed after the race.

Race packet pick up will be at Phidippides Running Store in Ansley Mall, Sat. April 1 and April 3-5.

Gather at the corner of Charles Allen Drive and 10th Street
(across from Grady High School)

Parking at the main decks off Monroe Drive on Worchester. West on Monroe Drive toward Ansley Mall before reaching Piedmont Avenue.

Route:   The race begins on 10th Ave near the Charles Allen entrance of Piedmont Park, heads west to Piedmont Ave, turns left passing the Atlanta Driving Club and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  It turns east onto Monroe Drive and continues to 10th Ave. There it turns east reconnecting to the Charles Allen Drive park entrance where it finally finishes in the park.
