Schedule

7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. - race day registration and race number pick up
8:00 a.m. - 5K
9:00 a.m. - Kids Run (free 10& under)
9:15 a.m. - Awards
Each pre-registered entrant receives a T-shirt (race day entrants will receive one until we run out), goody bag, and a coupon for breakfast at the holiday bazaar. Kids run participants: top three will receive an award.
Registration/Entry Fees
- Mail-in registration and fee ($20.00 in advance until 11/28/10).
- Online registration via active.com.
- Race day registriation ($25.00)
- Registration may also be done in person at the church office.
Awards (all registered runners receive a t-shirt)
Trophies will be awarded to the overall & master’s male and female. Awards will be given out to the top three male and female in each age group: 9-under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. GP Points will be awarded in five year groups.
The Course & Directions
THE COURSE: runs through the neighborhood near Bright Star United Methodist Church. It is a hilly course. The kids run will be in the church parking lot.
DIRECTIONS: From I-20, take Exit 34 and head south to the first light (Douglas Blvd). Turn right and go 1.5 miles to Bright Star Road. Turn left. Church is approximately 2.5 miles down on the right.
